Elegant and very comfortably furnished apartment in a newly built complex with beautiful pool in San Benedetto, Peschiera del Garda. This apartment has a beautiful and air-conditioned bedroom with access to the private garden, a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, a living area with comfortable sofa bed (latex mattress), Smart TV with satellite channels, Wifi, air conditioning, dining area, kitchenette with stove, Oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils. Also washer and dryer are available to our guests in this apartment, as well as a private garage. The pool is open daily until 10pm, with a break at midday. You can see the pool from the terrasse of the apartment.
The location of the apartment is super strategic! Supermarkets, drugstore, bars, shops, restaurants and the beach are just a few steps away on foot! The historic center of Peschiera can be reached on foot or by bus from San Benedetto. The cities of Sirmione or Desenzano are also within easy reach, as are Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld amusement parks. From Peschiera you can easily reach Milan, Venice and Verona by train.
