It offers stunning lake views from both sides of the appartment, as it is placed at the narrowest point of the penisula of Sirmione. Уникальное местоположение - последняя точка, куда можно доехать на машине, не испытав серьезных затруднений, и при этом шаговая доступность старого города. До главных ворот и замка Скалигеров 3 минуты пешком. До термального комплекса 7-10 минут. Компsee more
Уникальное местоположение - последняя точка, куда можно доехать на машине, не испытав серьезных затруднений, и при этом шаговая доступность старого города. До главных ворот и замка Скалигеров 3 минуты пешком. До термального комплекса 7-10 минут. Комплекс апартаментов состоит из отдельно стоящих 2-3 этажных зданий, которые расположены в красивом саду на очень узком месте перешейка - вид на озеро открывается с обеих сторон. Еще одно гигантское преимущество - собственная бесплатная парковка в подземном гараже прямо под комплексом апартаментов - с парковкой в Сирмионе очень сложно. Сами апартаменты просторные, светлые. Не сказать, что прям супер-уютные, но вполне достойные. В каждой комнате современный кондиционер, который может работать как полноценное отопление.

The house is located in the center of sermione town, opposite to the bus stop and 200m from the castle. It is cozy and spacious. Shampoo, cooking tools were included in the house. Balcony had great view to the lake :) The owners where really welcominsee more

Balcony had great view to the lake :) The owners where really welcoming and supported us with any question we had even if it was unrelated with house. We had an urgent issue with the car and they made everything possible to help us. In the end the car had to be fixed in a different village, near sermione and they even offered us ride there.
