Nearby you will find restaurants, bars and the possibility to rent pedal boats to explore the waters in freedom.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a residence surrounded by greenery, with a marvellous Olympic-size swimming pool, hydromassage area and a pool dedicated to children, all accessible directly from the house's private fenced garden.
This outdoor area, equipped with a dining table and sun loungers, is ideal for relaxing, dining al fresco or simply enjoying the sun in complete tranquillity, while the children play in the playground visible directly from the garden.
Inside, the flat is spacious and functional: two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large children's room with two single beds, an extra bed and a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is modern and complete with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße 150 m vom See weg. Die Wohnung ist für fünf Personen optimal, wir waren zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Im kleinen Garten kann man sich entspannen. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgt kontaktlos im Schlüsselfach, alle nötigen Informationen waren zeitgerecht zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt war per WhatsApp oder EMail, es wurde immer zeitnah bei Kontaktaufnahme geantwortet. Wir waren mit den Rahmenbedingungen absolut zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein Staubsauger oder Besen wäre zum zwischendurch sauber machen schön. Die Wohnung war zuvor sehr ordentlich gereinigt worden, aber bei fünf Personen möchte man bei fünf Tagen mal durchsaugen. Sonst gibt es keine Kritikpunkte.
