The apartment has air conditioning and offers a beautiful terrace with dining table and umbrella for summer dinners. There is a double bedroom, a large living room with double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchenette with dishwasher, gas stove and fridge, indoor dining area and bathroom with shower and WC. Peschiera Summer Dream is located on the first floor in a residence with large green spaces and communal swimming pool. You can park your car on the private parking in the garage of the residence, because you will reach all places of interest on foot!
From the garden of the residence you can access directly to the street that leads to the beach.
The beach is just a few steps away and is equipped with bar, pedal boat rental and a playground.
A beautiful promenade along the lakeshore leads to the historic centre of Peschiera del Garda. It will take about 30 minutes to get to the centre on foot. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. To do the shopping you don't have to take the car because 2 supermarkets are right on the other side of the road!

Schön ist auch das neue Bad und die gesamte Wohnung.
Reibungsloser Ablauf von Schlüssel holen und abgeben.
Es ist toll einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu haben.
Eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und ein Bügelsee more
