Beautiful, new holiday flat in the most beautiful holiday complex in Sirmione, on the peninsula, with 5 pools and large green areas. From the garden of the flat you can directly access a pool, which is only available to 4 units and is located directly on the lake. From the garden of the flat you can even see the lake! There is a beautiful large private garden, a large terrace with dining area, relaxation corner and BBQ. Inside the flat you will find a bright living room on the ground floor with large windows facing the garden. The living and dining room is about 50m² and offers a couch area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, cooker, oven, cooking utensils and refrigerator. On the ground floor you will find the first, air-conditioned bedroom with comfortable box-spring bed and a beautiful bathroom. Via an elegant staircase you reach the basement. Here there is a second bedroom with large windows (so there is daylight and the room is light and airy, but the room is in the basement!). Bathroom with shower, WC. A large lounge and a separate alcove with a laundry room. You can enter the flat directly from the large double garage. The garage is locked and a safe place for your car and bikes during your stay.

You can reach the historic centre of Sirmione in less than 20 minutes on foot, as well as Colombare di Sirmione with many shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
