Located within the renowned Residence Holiday in Sirmione, directly overlooking the splendid waters of Lake Garda, this spacious apartment is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends up to 6 people who wish to spend a holiday characterised by comfort, relaxation and tranquillity, with the lake and beach just a few steps away.
The living area is spacious and comfortable, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and dining area.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has everything necessary to comfortably prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners during your stay. Guests will have at their disposal a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, crockery, pots and kitchen utensils, to enjoy the holiday in complete independence.
From the living room you can access a pleasant private balcony furnished with table and chairs, whilst the sleeping area comprises three comfortable bedrooms.
The first two bedrooms are double rooms and both enjoy a splendid view of Lake Garda; one of them also has a private balcony, ideal for enjoying some moments of relaxation whilst admiring the landscape. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, particularly suitable for children.
The bathroom is modern and functional, complete with shower and hairdryer.
The apartment also has a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi connection, services designed to make your stay pleasant and practical even for longer holidays.
One of the main strengths of the property is the Residence Holiday, a residential complex immersed in greenery and characterised by spacious well-maintained gardens and a splendid panoramic communal swimming pool with views over Lake Garda.
A further advantage is direct beach access. The very nearby Brema Beach, approximately 50 metres from the property, is ideal for spending days by the water, sunbathing or enjoying pleasant scenic walks.
Guests will also have access to external parking near the property.
The location is truly strategic: the lively Colombare di Sirmione neighbourhood is approximately 400 metres away and offers typical restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops and all main services, easily reachable on foot.
Approximately 2.5 km away is the charming historic centre of Sirmione, one of the most fascinating destinations on Lake Garda, famous for the Scaliger Castle, renowned thermal baths, characteristic alleyways and splendid views over the peninsula.
