The beach of Lugana di Sirmione is located just a 10-minute walk from the residence and offers pedalo rental, a restaurant and bar on the lake. Less than a 10-minute walk away is also a large playground, much appreciated by families, with a cocktail bar where parents can relax while the children play.
The apartment features a spacious covered terrace, furnished with a dining table and a relaxation area with a sofa, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments. Inside, there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils, as well as a dining table and a living area with a sofa and TV.
The night area includes a double bedroom with a balcony, wardrobe and desk, and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed, wardrobe and toys. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washing machine, offering all the necessary comfort even for longer stays.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible via lift directly from the garage. In the private garage, it is possible to comfortably park a car and bicycles.
