New vacation apartment directly on the Lake Garda beach with direct access to the beach promenade of Lugana di Sirmione, on southern Lake Garda. The apartment is located in a complex with a garage, boat slide and tennis court as well as a communal garden with play facilities for children. Relax on the large balcony with a view of the lake and the Sirmione peninsula. There is a large living and dining area with sofa corner, smart TV, dining table and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and cooking utensils as well as capsule coffee machine (Nespresso). The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has Wifi. There is a large double bedroom with a comfortable bed, ample wardrobe space, access to the balcony with lake view and TV. The children's bedroom offers a single bed, with optional extra bed for a second child. The large, elegant bathroom has a shower, WC, BIdet and washing machine.
The apartment is very conveniently located for reaching the beach with pedal boat hire and restaurants as well as the center of Lugana di Sirmione. Less than 1 km away you will find nice bars on the lake and a supermarket. The weekly market takes place every Friday in Lugana and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.
