On the ground floor we find an elegant living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, juice extractor and everything necessary for cooking, including pots, crockery and utensils.

The second floor hosts a mansard sleeping area, where there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.
Also on this floor is an additional multifunctional space, furnished with a single sofa bed, which can be used as an additional bed or left in its original configuration as a dedicated work space.

The true distinctive feature of Villa Amelie is its wonderful private SPA, located on the basement level and entirely dedicated to guests' wellbeing. An exclusive space, designed to transform your holiday into an authentic relaxation experience, without the need to leave the property.
