Casa Bellavista is a splendid detached villa, situated in a privileged panoramic position on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.
The property is spread over two levels and is fully air-conditioned and equipped with heating, guaranteeing comfort in every season. From the bright living area, dining room and kitchen, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake.
The house is approximately 200 metres from Lake Garda and features a spacious terrace equipped with a dining area, ideal for relaxing whilst admiring the panorama.
The living room, welcoming and panoramic, is furnished with comfortable sofas and a pellet stove, perfect for spending pleasant evenings even on the coolest days. On the same floor there is a guest bathroom and a modern fully equipped kitchen with island: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, high-quality coffee machine and all necessary utensils.
From the kitchen you access the private garden, arranged on multiple levels, with century-old olive trees and flowers, which offers various spaces for relaxation, including sun loungers.
A staircase leads to the sleeping area, where there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an elegant lounge terrace with sofas and a small herb garden corner.
Two rooms offer a splendid lake view, perfect for starting the day with a unique panorama. All rooms are air-conditioned, well-organised with ample wardrobe space and fully blackout.
The house also has a washing machine, two private parking spaces in front of the property and free wi-fi.
Nature lovers can set out directly from the house for hikes on Monte Baldo, with trails leading to Malga Pralongo and beyond. The lake, with its crystal-clear waters and numerous bathing spots, is reachable on foot in approximately 500 metres.

Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man nichts vom Verkehr. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet.

Im Haus befindet sich eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine. Wir haben rund um den Gardasee in keinem Supermarkt passende Pads kaufen können. Also am besten gleich mitbringen :-).
